When I was in elementary school, I was often regarded as one of those strange and weird children.

I couldn’t focus in classes.
I was not good at PE.
I was not good at drawing or painting.
My desk was always messy and I didn’t know how to clean it.

Because of these, I was often scolded by my parents and teachers for not being able to live like everybody else.
It was really tough for me.

By the way, please remember your elementary school days.
Were you like me? Or were there any classmates like me?
Either way, those children might not have enjoyed their school days. Because teachers considered them inactive , lazy and lacking in attention and concentration.

In 1980s , however, American institutions discovered that these characters are not caused by lack of motivation in kids but existing naturally.

Since then, teachers and parents are advised to treat differently.
But it’s still a long way to go before mental disorders are no longer considered odd.
